Sabra Salsa Relaunch
Sabra was relaunching their Salsa with product improvements. The challenge was that Sabra Salsa is located in the produce section and not in the chip aisle as are their competitors. Knowing that most shoppers shop the perimeter, the solution was to get the shopper before they reached the chip aisle. Tying fresh salsa to alternative usages like meal solutions and cross promoting it with money off protein gave consumers another reason to purchase. By also using Sabras placement in store, the chip dilemma was solved by featuring an incremental shipper that carried a chip partner.
